We worked side-by-side with each analyst for several weeks providing hands on guidance on how to research alerts, how to detect potentially suspicious activity and how to properly document their work in accordance with regulatory expectations. As a result the client was able to handle its increased work load and protect against criticism that is suspicious activity detection process was untimely.
